    Soudronic AG – Success Story

Global Machine Production Meets Smart Error Analysis – with Pandia

    Soudronic AG

Soudronic AG is a world leader in manufacturing machines for metal packaging – from canned food to spray cans to oil drums. For over two years, the company has relied on Pandia video technology.

    Interview: Soudronic Team

Pandia: Could you briefly explain what you do at Soudronic?

Soudronic: We produce machines for manufacturing metal packaging – canned food, spray cans, and oil drums. We distribute these machines worldwide, install them on-site, commission them, and coordinate with customers. Additionally, we offer training and support our customers throughout the entire lifespan of the machines – on average 50 years.

Pandia: How do you specifically use the Pandia system?

Soudronic: We use Pandia in two ways. First, the high-speed recordings allow us to analyze processes that cannot be captured with the naked eye. Our machines produce up to 1,800 cans per minute. Second, we install production lines up to 60 meters long and 30 meters wide – thanks to Pandia, we can place cameras at critical points.

Pandia: What particularly convinced you about our product?

Soudronic: The simple handling and setup. Within a very short time, you can get started, record videos, and work with them directly. With a brief introduction, the system is intuitive for anyone. Particularly positive: Our feedback was taken on board and incorporated with free updates.

Pandia: What was decisive for your decision to collaborate with Pandia?

Soudronic: Clearly: the ability to capture four different angles synchronously – combined with the mobility of the system (tripod, magnetic holder, battery operation). The system is simple, handy, and extremely effective.

Pandia: What do you particularly appreciate about working with Pandia?

Soudronic: The partnership-based collaboration! When needed, time was always taken for training or to show improvement possibilities. The overall package of product and team is convincing.
